Hast Mudra
Hast Mudra.
The Hast Mudra is "expressions of hand". In this science, it is belived that the five fingers of left had represent the organs that work and five fingers of right hand represent the fiver sense organs of body.
A co-ordinated expressions by both hands represent intensions to act or sense.
For example "Dhyan Mudra", a very useful expression of hands to calm your mind in meditation process.
